(Trossachs, Breadalbane, and into Perthshire). With its
wide range of cycle routes, and glen & mountain walks,
its the perfect location for a multi sport holiday.
An
area steeped in history and legend, and synonymous with
Sir William Wallace, and King Robert The Bruce and the battles
to secure Scotland’s independence.
Our
journey starts at Stirling Castle high above Scotland’s
ancient capital and we travel North through the Trossachs
(gateway to the Highlands) and into Rob Roy McGregor
Country. We learn of the exploits and adventures
of this famous Highlander whilst passing through the glens
and mountains of this beautiful area.
Magnificent
cycling and walking through glens and alongside numerous
lochs, with the opportunity to enjoy one of Scotland’s
famous mountains (Munroe).
A
place to enjoy diverse landscapes, great contrasts, and
a wide variety of plants, animals and birdlife. We take
time to visit castles, ancient battle sites, gardens, distilleries,
and a reconstructed Crannog (an iron-age fortification)
on our journey.
Join
us on this special holiday and immerse yourself in the scenery
and the history of the Southern Highlands as we travel by
boat, foot, and bicycle.
