Our Morocco High Atlas Trail MTB ride is a tour you will never forget!

A ride on the wild side through the heart of the High Atlas with breathtaking scenery and overnight stops in memorable wilderness locations.

 

 


The our starts in Marrakech, the former capital of Morocco, before making two exciting traverses of the High Atlas Range, passing through some of the most beautiful, remote and unspoilt valleys in Morocco.


We visit the great Kasbah of Telouet from where the ruling Glaoui tribe controlled the Tichka Pass and the ancient caravan trade routes from the Sahara to the Mediterranean. We continue south to the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou which has been classified by Unesco as one of the cultural treasures of the world.




An exciting ride through the dramatic rock scenery of the Todra gorge takes us to the High Atlas plateau. Here we pass through villages surrounded by a patchwork of green fields among the magnificent peaks of the High Atlas.

We descend through exciting gorges and along fertile river valleys before winding down through cedar forests to the plains.

 


Our landrover support and relaxed holiday schedule allows ample time to explore the area and the fascinating Berber way of life.

This Mountain Bike Route is 90% off-road

A challenging tour through vast wilderness areas with long descents sometimes rough pistes.

Our landrover support provides total flexibility and enables keen climbers to enjoy the optional climbs.

The tour is 90% off road on double track pistes and an average of 30 miles per day

Scheduled during the spring & autumn periods to enjoy the warm, sunny days and the cool mountain air.

Our 4X4 support vehicle enables clients to ride and rest as they wish. There are opportunities to extend the rides on most days.
